About Our Services

What’s the difference between your DFY Sales Plan and your Training Program?

The DFY Sales Plan builds the infrastructure: ICP, territories, quotas, outreach sequences, and objection trees. The Training Program teaches your reps to execute what’s in the plan. Most clients start with the DFY Plan and layer training after — but you can run them in either order.

Can you work with teams outside SaaS?

Yes. We’ve worked with B2B services, consulting firms, manufacturing sales, fintech, healthtech, and agency teams. Our frameworks apply anywhere with a defined ICP and a multi-touch sales cycle.

Do you deliver training in-person or virtually?

By default, virtual — it keeps costs lower and attendance higher. We run in-person workshops for clients in Dallas or who fly the team in. Hybrid is also an option for distributed teams.

Pricing & Engagement

How long does the DFY Sales Plan take?

Five business days from kickoff to delivery. Day 1–2: discovery. Day 3–4: build. Day 5: review, refine, and hand off. We’ve done it in three days on rush timelines.

What’s included in the $15,000 DFY package?

Full ICP definition, territory and quota modeling, 3-channel outbound sequences, objection-handling tree, discovery-call scripts, call-coaching rubric, and a 30-day implementation roadmap. Plus a 1-hour rollout call with your leadership team.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes — for engagements $5,000 and above, we offer 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Larger engagements can be split into monthly installments over the engagement period.

What results should we expect?

On average, clients see a 25–40% lift in meetings booked within 60 days of implementation, and 15–20% improvement in close rates within a quarter. Outlier outcomes depend on how disciplined the team is about executing the plan as built.

What’s your satisfaction guarantee?

30 days. If the DFY plan or training cohort doesn’t meet what we promised in the SOW, we’ll refund the engagement in full — no arbitration, no lawyers. We’ve refunded less than 2% of engagements in our history.

Will this work for a team of just 2–3 reps?

Yes, and it often works even better. Small teams execute faster because there’s less political friction. We’ve built DFY plans for solo founders making their first sales hire and seen 6-figure pipeline lift in 90 days.

Getting Started

What happens on the strategy call?

15 minutes. We ask five questions about your team, your ICP, and your current pipeline. We diagnose the single biggest gap and recommend the service that fixes it — or tell you we’re not the right fit. No pitch, no pressure.

How quickly can we start?

Usually within 1–2 weeks of the strategy call. We intake 4–6 engagements per month, so availability depends on where you land in our calendar.

Who will I actually work with?

You’ll be paired with a lead consultant who stays with you from kickoff through 30 days post-delivery. We don’t bait-and-switch to junior staff halfway through.
