Refund Policy

We stand behind every service and program at Sales Planning & Training. If an engagement doesn’t deliver what we promised, we make it right.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Training programs and digital products are covered by a 30-day refund policy. DFY consulting engagements follow the terms in the signed SOW — typically a prorated refund for unfulfilled work.

How to Request a Refund

  • Email support@salesplanningandtraining.com within 30 days of your purchase or engagement start
  • Include your order number or SOW reference and the email used at checkout
  • A brief reason helps us improve, but isn’t required for digital products
  • We process refunds within 5 business days of receipt

What’s Eligible

  • Self-paced courses (LinkedIn & Social Selling Mastery, AI Sales Intelligence) — 30-day, no-questions-asked
  • Live training cohorts — full refund if canceled before Week 2; prorated thereafter
  • Workshops — full refund if canceled 7+ days before the scheduled date
  • DFY Sales Plan and custom engagements — governed by the terms in the signed SOW

What’s Not Eligible

  • Completed services (workshops already delivered, training weeks already run)
  • Consulting hours already invoiced and used
  • Purchases older than 30 days without a separate SOW provision

Access After a Refund

When a refund is processed, access to course content, playbooks, templates, and deliverables is revoked. You agree not to retain, use, or share refunded materials.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concern about a purchase or engagement, please contact us first. We resolve nearly all issues directly within 48 hours. Filing a chargeback without first reaching out may result in loss of access to future programs.
